Rewards FAQ

Yes, points expire after 6 months. Any points not used within six months of being earned will be forfeited. However, playing even a little each day resets the expiry timer. Active members have nothing to worry about.

Cashback is credited to your bonus balance first. To withdraw it directly, you need to meet a 1x wager requirement — simply place one bet equal to the cashback amount and it converts to real cash in full. This is the lowest wager condition among all major platforms in Bangladesh.

Points are reviewed every three months. If there isn't enough activity during that period, your tier may drop by one level. Platinum members have a special rule though — even after six months of inactivity, they stay at Gold and won't fall all the way down to Bronze.
